Mahsi, Mr. Speaker. My question is for the Minister of Health. Under the terms of the health transfer agreement in 1988, the federal government was to continue to have control over patient records in the Northwest Territories regional health facilities and the territories would hold these on behalf of the federal government. It is now five years since the transfer took place, can the Minister advise the House if the federal government still retains control over patient records in the Northwest Territories regional health facilities?
