Mr. Chairman, one of the items under systems and communications has to do with decentralization for $150,000. The chairman of SCOF had sent the chairman of the FMB a letter...Actually, this wasn't done in a letter.
When the Minister appeared in front of SCOF, he was asked to provide the status on decentralization costs and an assessment of whether the objectives of decentralization have been met, an assessment of how many local hires there have been and whether or not their training had been effective. SCOF has not yet received a response to that, so I would like to ask the Minister if he's prepared to answer those questions now.

Thank you, Mr. Chairman. There's quite a substantial amount for this special warrant. There was one done on August 9th for $15 million, and another one on September 13th for $5 million, for a total of $20 million.
In the Standing Committee on Finance we had asked for details of the expenditures for this amount and we did receive them. It broke down the geographical areas, and how much money was spent in each area. Further, there were fire suppression costs in major categories by northern and southern suppliers. We got that information and we appreciate that.
I would just like to ask the Minister of Finance if I could get a further breakdown of the forest fire suppression costs by major categories, by northern and southern suppliers. We have it broken down, generally, but it is not broken down into the geographical areas. Is it possible to do that, as well?
