Mr. Chairman, the plan, as I reported to the House last year, was to sell the assets that we owned for generating power in Sanikiluaq to the Power Corporation. That didn't occur and, as a result, you are seeing these numbers before you.
What I will ask Mr. Voytilla to do is explain the accounting procedure for these amounts which are: the Housing Corporation, $168,000; Municipal and Community Affairs, $55,000; and, Financial Management Board, $53,000.
There is another issue which is the reduction of $303,000 and one person year for Public Works and Services, once the sale of our facilities in Sanikiluaq takes place to the Power Corporation. I will let Mr. Voytilla explain it, Mr. Chairman. Thank you.
