I'm not sure on this one, Mr. Chairman, because we don't know all the rules and regulations attached to the $9 million. But, if we had been successful and the Housing Corporation had said we'll reinstate $9 million of the $46 million we had cut from you, then yes, it would reduce the $17 million. But, we don't know what the rules and regulations are attached to that $9 million. That is what Mr. Morin is examining at the present time. Mr. Chairman, I would tell Mr. Gargan that I always listen to what Mr. Gargan says and I've heard his suggestions, subtle hints and so on, as I have with other Members as well, Mr. Chairman. I am aware of what the subtle suggestion might be. Thank you, Mr. Chairman.

Mr. Chairman, these are creeping walls. There are two single family houses on 49th street in Yellowknife. They are to be sold. There has been some ground movement and that movement is affecting the retaining walls. This is a tough one to swallow, Mr. Chairman, but apparently they're affecting legal encroachments. Now, I don't know whether they've crept over into the next property, or what, but this has affected the legal status of the property. In order to make these properties legally ready for sale, we had to fix the retaining walls, Mr. Chairman. That is what the expenditure is for, but we certainly do intend to sell those properties. Thank you.
