Mr. Chairman, my understanding of the project is that the town intends to renovate the arena but replace the curling rink. The curling rink is being replaced because it is in such a dire state. The asset, though, would remain an asset of the town, it wouldn't get turned back to the territorial government, and it would be up to the town to dispose of it as they saw fit.
