Thank you, Mr. Minister. You are quite correct, that is what the Member for North Slave was indicating. But, he indicated that to the chair, and that was directed to the Minister dealing with this bill. Should the Minister choose to pass the question over to someone else for assistance, that should be directed to the chair and then can be passed forward. That's all the chair was ruling on, not whether there was bad blood between anyone or misunderstandings. I am strictly going with technical direction here, Mr. Pollard.
