Thank you, Mr. Chairman. I appreciate that commitment. I would like to remind the Minister that some of the larger communities have got capped staff allocations. I understand that Iqaluit, with 350 households to administer, was capped at the same allocation as communities with much fewer households to manage. I just want to draw the Minister's attention to the fact that to do the job in Iqaluit, for sure, and perhaps other communities with larger households, is going to require an increase to the basic staff, even if it's a temporary one because they cannot do their ongoing work and do tenant counselling and tenant information at the same time.
