Most communities, I think, are charged with trying to manage their resources within a certain area as best they can, and we support that. That might be the case here, where there may be an objection or concern expressed that you should harvest your quota within your own designated area and, unless you get approval from your neighbour, your constituents in your jurisdiction, that they could not give their blessing to that.
