Mr. Speaker, I move, seconded by the honourable Member for Tu Nedhe, that Bill 20, Loan Authorization Act, 1995-96, be read for the second time. Mr. Speaker, this bill authorizes the Commissioner or the Minister acting on behalf of the Commissioner to make loans to municipalities during the 1995-96 fiscal year. Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
