Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Good evening. Your Committee has been considering Bill 19 and Tabled Document 89-13(3), and Minister's Statement 82-13(3), The Premier's Sessional Speech and would like to report progress with six motions being adopted and that Tabled Document 89-13(3)

is concluded and the Bill 19 is ready for third reading and, Mr. Speaker, I move that the report of the committee of the whole be concurred with.
