Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, as I indicated, the boards do have the responsibility for medical travel for the constituents within their service area, that there are problems in meeting their financial commitments for medical travel or for any other programs that they deliver for that matter. I certainly would come to my attention and we would try to work things through with them to make sure that they had the means to carry out the programs and that they were doing it in the most effective cost efficient manner as possible, Mr. Speaker.
