Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I would like to present Petition No. 66-13(3) dealing with the matter of a request for the early parole of Mr. James Jaypoody from the Baffin Correctional Centre.

Mr. Speaker, the Petition No. 66-13(3) contains 152 signatures and Mr. Speaker, the petitioners request that Mr. James Jaypoody be considered for approval of early parole and that he be allowed to serve the remainder of his sentence because he is an elder, he has a heart condition and the petitioners are confident that he is not a threat to the community.
