If Mr. Picco is referring to the FDL project in which the government in 1968 between Commissioner Hudson and the Honourable Jean Chretien who was the Minister of Indian Affairs at the time, signed off an arrangement which guaranteed those facilities for a 25 to 30 year period. If he is asking me will this government continue to lease and guarantee the leases in that unit, the answer is no.
