I would like to ask the Minister if he would provide to me or to this House a copy of the proposal from the Fort Resolution people, the FMB submission approving the request and the contract between the GNWT, Fort Resolution people and the private investor, outlining the conditions of the grant of $1.3 million worth of bison that were taken from Fort Smith.
