Isn't it true, then, Mr. Speaker, if that's the case, that now the northern allowance in places where there was no settlement allowance before, in some instances -and I will be prepared to table in this House these instances, tomorrow -- in actuality, people in Yellowknife, especially single individuals, will actually get a net benefit from this new northern allowance; whereas, in the East --and I will be prepared to table this tomorrow in the House -- have a deduction of up to 20 per cent in some cases because of the new northern allowance?
