Mr. Speaker, I'm not saying that. I agree that we have to look at the deficit reductions. All I'm saying is that we should also build into that deficit reduction an availability of allowance. For example, if the reduction for an employee with a family of four in Iqaluit is nine per cent, 10 per cent or 12 per cent, and in Yellowknife is three per cent, then I don't see the fairness in that. That is what I'm trying to say here, Mr. Speaker. I understand the deficit problems just as much as anyone else and I'm trying to help it, but I think there should be some fairness in that.
