Thank you, Mr. Speaker. In fact, during our recent negotiations with the union, that was the position the government took; that, perhaps, we should be looking at a student rate that was lower than the current arrangements under the collective agreement. We believe if we lowered that rate we could, in fact, hire more students. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach an arrangement on that. Hence, whatever in the collective agreement currently exists, with the rates of pay that are there, stays in place; there will be no change and there is no specific student category for summer employment.
