Thank you, Mr. Chairman. You mentioned in your comments that there has been no price increase in the cost of petroleum products since 1991. Is it 1992? Will that area be looked at and is there a method to set prices that could be instituted that would prevent those kind of huge increases, with plateaus and then huge increases? It seems to me that issue has already come up in one of the programs where we are trying to avoid or come up with a consistent method where there are incremental increases as opposed to arbitrary large increases periodically when there is a crisis.
