Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, there are many bogeymen in the world. I am sure the Auditor General for Canada doesn't like to be called the bogeyman. However, after saying that and after hearing what the honourable Member has said, I appreciate it. I also wonder if FMBS is putting a process in place so that the different departments, agencies, boards and corporate entities of the Government of the Northwest Territories are actually following the Financial Administration Act.
