Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I have seen wage scales that are used in provinces that relate to the years of education that students have had and are tied that way into how much they are paid by the government. But, Mr. Speaker, again, it's entirely a collective bargaining issue; therefore, it will be the responsibility of the Minister responsible for the Financial Management Board Secretariat to take the lead in this.
