This is a concern not just to the person writing this letter, but I have received numerous calls over the holidays from seniors. I was wondering which department would have been responsible, for providing instruction to the South Mackenzie Correctional Centre not to continue this service to seniors in Hay River? Who made that decision? Thank you.
