Mr. Speaker, we are sitting in the House for at least another month, I wonder why the Minister felt it was so urgent to have this passed through supplementary without going through the committee, since we are here anyway. It does not seem to be that much of a big issue to call a meeting of the Infrastructure Committee, and the Committee would then have responded. Could the Minister indicate what was the urgency?
