Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, one of the ideas behind the committee looking at student financial assistance was because the Minister was looking at introducing some changes. I wonder if the Minister now will be delaying any type of change to student financial assistance until indeed the report is tabled in this House and that the Members of the committees have had a chance to look at that in conjunction with the changes that are being anticipated?
