Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, this Assembly, this government has two clear commitments that I have known in terms of capital projects, and that is the hospital in Baffin and the hospital in Inuvik. Could the Minister indicate that if we do not change the capital planning process, we will be able as a government, to come up with the kind of money in the tens of millions that it is required to pay in one year for these projects?
