Thank you, Mr. Speaker. My question is to the Minister responsible for RWED regarding the diamond evaluation facility. This is one of the key components to the development of diamond mining in the north. I am wondering if the Minister could update this House as to the status of those negotiations with the federal government and the industry in terms of having that facility located in the north.
