I agree with what he is saying, but a strategy without a goal is just a slogan. If the Premier is looking at these initiatives and these broad strokes, I am asking what policy or guideline do we look at? When we privatize property management or information services, can I say are we following this policy? I cannot do that because we keep going over these broad strokes and these loosey, goosey things out there. To follow up on my question, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, my question is what are the policies that this government is following so that the Members can ask questions and ask good questions, so that we know that he is following the policies and the guidelines that are in place?
