If the offices that are in the communities are too old, then we will meet and consult with the communities and come up with the office spaces that are needed (Translation ends) When the government staff is moved over to the hamlet or seconded from the territorial government, when the community has equipment that is too old then they are upgraded and the houses are upgraded before they are moved over to the hamlets.
