Very quickly if I may, Mr. Chairman. We are recommending this funding be taken out of the money that is already in the budget. We are not suggesting that there be new money. This is a very important initiative that has an effect on a lot of the children across the north, as the member from Iqaluit pointed out from his statement a number of weeks ago on a study of Inuvik. We think this is an area that has to have funding devoted to it, so we can better address the whole range of concerns related to this very critical condition that affects so many of our children.
