Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Yet, only one person in that department is in the managerial field. There are aboriginal people who have schooling, degrees and many of them do not work for the government. We need to look at why. There are many questions that need to be answered about the GNWT and affirmative action and we need the government to fully implement the goals that were set 11 years ago for this policy to ensure the aboriginal people and people of the north that it represents are in areas of management and areas of direction to the people they represent.
