But what I wanted to know, Mr. Speaker was, what is the deadline we have to achieve in order to ensure that the federal government has time to process the legislation in the House of Commons? In other words, if we put forward a new NWT constitution, what is the timeframe required by the federal government in order to process that piece of legislation, so it is in effect? That was the question I had.
