Thank you, Mr. Speaker. My question at this time will be directed to the Minister responsible for the FMB. Mr. Speaker, since we have gone through our first year, since the changes to the public service contract has been put forward in regards to the Donny Days that were talked about so much by the employees, I would like the Minister to tell me, why is there a difference between a continuous and non-continuous employee when it comes to the rate of pay and the amount of days they have to work throughout the year?
