Thank you, Mr. Chairman. I would like to put forward a motion with respect to this item. This is from the Infrastructure Committee. I move this committee recommends that the Minister of Municipal and Community Affairs take the necessary steps to amend the Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief Act to allow eligible property in tax base municipalities to be exempt from all or a portion of property taxes where a co-owner of eligible property meets the necessary criteria. Thank you.
