Thank you, Mr. Chairman. As part of the land reform, we have identified funding to transfer to the Northwest Territories Corporation to off-set the increase in costs they will incur in their programs as a result of changes to land pricing. We have also provided an amount to assist in the rental payments impacted for public housing leases. We also have an amount to off-set the cost of lot prices in some communities where the cost of land development will be very high, in order to try to keep lot pricing in communities at affordable levels. The combination of those three initiatives are in the $470,000 budget that shows in the main estimates. Thank you, Mr. Chair.
