Thank you, Mr. Chairman. I will try to re-phrase my question. It is my understanding that MACA is spearheading the community empowerment and it includes the transfer of ownership and programs, ownership of facilities, infrastructure and putting programs in place. I would like to ask MACA if ownership of infrastructure within the communities is up for sale? Can it be offered to other government bodies within the community? We heard from Mr. Morin that he recognizes community corporations as aboriginal government bodies. I want to know from the Minister, can these other government bodies take over ownership of these facilities as well as the hamlets?
