Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Mapping and aerial photographing of the community site is an important part of community planning. The department has indicated it is used for that purpose. I know from my own experience these aerial photographs are included in the community plan. They are an important part of the community plan, so is the growth of the communities, and so is the area that can be used in the future. It shows if there is any geographical changes in the shorelines. It is an important part of the community planning. I believe if we delete it from this budget, it will only slow the whole process down by one year. The department will still have to do it in the future. I do not have any previous cost or any future cost identified, but I am sure the department did take into consideration the cuts when they introduced this figure in the budget. Therefore, I am not going to support this motion.
