Thank you, Mr. Speaker. The Minister indicated that this is an ongoing dispute. My colleague from Iqaluit has indicated that it has been dragging on for over eight years and now potentially involves tens of millions of dollars, which brings me to the issue of contingent liability as we move towards division. Is it the intent of this government to have this matter cleared up prior to division so, in fact, while it will hopefully be an affordable solution there will be a solution so that it is very clear as we move to division how this issue will split out in terms of final costs?
