Thank you, Mr. Chairman. One of the things that I recollect discussing and as we did seem to reach an agreement, was the necessity to put out a document considering that how long this has been in the works, the amount of work that was done, money spent, surveys done of all the staff, that would tie it up in a nice neat package so that we could put on the table a product that people could look at that would summarize the joint efforts of both the government and committees in terms of dealing with this long outstanding issue.
