In relation to some of the monitoring and evaluation, specifically on the financial side, could the Minister indicate what kind of financial supports and controls are in place to work with boards and ensure that the money is being spent wisely and that they are not running into financial problems? Specifically, I am thinking of things like variance reports and such that would give a signal. Thank you.
