Mr. Speaker, my understanding is that when two parties go back to the table, either side can introduce points that they have already talked about. If there is a new point introduced, no it cannot be negotiated at that time. What I am saying is, this is an unfair situation and I am saying to the government, why do you not correct this unjust situation now at this time when you have and it is not a case of interfering in the collective bargaining process.
