Mr. Speaker, in the Minister's statement, he indicates a tentative agreement has been reached on all aspects of the transition agreement with the exception of how to share the dividend payments between the NWT and Nunavut during the transition period. Could the Minister elaborate on that difference and give us a sense of how far apart the parties are and is it a reconcilable difference? Thank you.
