Thank you, Mr. Chairman. The paper, as I mentioned earlier, presented three options. Those options included the combination of extending existing leases where it made sense to do so, selling some buildings, lease-back in some of the options. It did not get down to the level of detail that would allow you to say this lease is going be or is recommended for extension because the decision about the extension of leases, the awarding of contracts through a competitive process is an administrative one that is handled at the deputy ministerial level. What decision was being requested from Cabinet was a decision to allow us to proceed in a general direction with one of the three options that were outlined in the document. Thank you.
