Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, that possibility certainly exists and it does happen. It is not an ideal situation, but because of the fact there is a recruitment and retention problem of our nursing profession, they have to fill in the vacancies and the boards sometimes choose to do that on a short-term basis with these nursing agencies, Mr. Speaker.
