Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, the Premier said earlier that the GNWT will transfer the $2.3 million

asset to the city of Yellowknife. That was not the line of my question. What I am trying to say is, why does the GNWT not take this asset and sell the warehouse to themselves and then transfer the lot to the city of Yellowknife, so tax payers can recoup some of the money they put into this warehouse?
