Thank you, Madam Chairperson. Madam Chairperson, I am not saying aboriginal groups have no input or no say. What I am saying is any recommendations they put forward would be taken into consideration by myself as the Minister. I am responsible to all constituents throughout the Northwest Territories. The power that is given to me through this Assembly that appoints me, the executive council and myself, through the Premier, who appoints me as Minister of Health and Social Services, is where the accountability is, Madam Chairperson. We recognize there are aboriginal interests who have points of view on issues, not just health and social services issues, but on all government issues. As a government, we take those issues and their positions into consideration when we formulate our policies and as we try to change our programs to try to reflect as best as possible the needs and the interests of groups and individuals across the territories, Madam Chairperson. Thank you.
