Thank you, Mr. Chairman. In respect to the Trail Cross Facility first of all, some of the renovations which were contemplated, the tenders came in way over budget so we have had to scale back on that, from what I understand, and start first of all on a phase approach starting with the code upgrades. It is my understanding the Public Works and Services will be going out to tender fairly shortly if they have not already, for those upgrade renovations. In respect to the program changes that has been postponed as a result of some of the review that we are doing on the children's services in the NWT, it is expected that work will be completed in a very short time frame to allow us to determine where we want to go with children's services.
