Madam Chairperson, I said, in my previous response, that in order for that to happen that there would have to be a community consensus as to how all the communities wanted to deal with their allocations. If that were the case, then the trustees could bring that forward to the board. They could develop a policy or make a decision and have that decision implemented so that could happen.
