Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, if you would just bear with me for a second, I have a bit of a complicated question, but there is an easy answer I think. It concerns education and the meeting earlier today with the divisional board of education chairs for the Nunavut region. A concern came forward with funding. I had asked Mr. Dent earlier about this, last week. When the school boards, Mr. Speaker, have teachers who are sick for a day, two days or three days or who go on maternity leave, then the school board has to hire additional staff. I understand, for example, in the Baffin region we have 13 schools and maybe 200 or 300 teachers. It adds up to a lot of money over a one-year period. The board then has to make up that shortfall for paying salaries. You have to cut some of the programs. I am wondering at this time has the Minister been made aware of this situation?
