Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I cannot say if the Inuvik Regional Health and Social Services Board is giving the Tl'oondih Healing Society a difficult time or not. I do not have the information in respect to what was submitted. I would like to say that in an effort to try to make services more responsive, we have supported boards in their effort to have decision-making at the regional level. That is reflective in establishing alcohol and drug specialists at a regional level to work directly with the communities to beef up some of the services that are available in each community throughout the Northwest Territories. If there is a specific problem with a specific proposal that the Member wants clarification on, on the process or the determinism of why it was or was not dealt with, then certainly I would be more than glad to assist him in getting that information, Mr. Speaker.
