15 have had quite extensive public hearings, public submissions and, I believe the review period lasted almost 12 months during 1996-97. Public hearings were advertised in all regional centres for eight months. The new information that has been put forward by NTI, I have not had a chance to really to look at it. I understand we only received a copy of it on the 26th, which was Tuesday. We had a chance to briefly see it yesterday. This seems to be mostly a Nunavut question and I would suggest that the Nunavut Caucus be given an opportunity to discuss the proposals and the submission by NTI before we can have any further deliberations on the bill.
