Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, about two weeks ago, there was a protest march by nurses about their pay package, wages, benefits and professional development. I am wondering if the Minister could tell me outside of the scope of the Retention and Recruitment Plan, what is the Minister's department intending to do about those issues which have come up and which are part of the recruitment and retention as addressed in his statement today?
